1. Who We Are
FrameWonder is responsible for processing personal data in connection with the FrameWonder platform. You can contact us using the business details at the bottom of this policy.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We may process account details such as your name, email address and authentication data; preferences including your marketing opt-in; prompts, uploads, generated images and videos; generation settings and job history; credit purchases, transactions and invoices; support communications; and technical information such as IP address, browser details, security logs and device information.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process account and generation data to provide the service and fulfill our contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We process billing records and other information where required by law (Article 6(1)(c)). We process necessary security logs and service diagnostics based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your rights. We send optional marketing communications based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. AI, Hosting and Payment Providers
To perform requested generations, we may share prompts, reference materials and generated content with third-party AI processing and hosting providers. Payment providers process payment information needed to complete transactions. Providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on their role. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including providing your account and projects, preventing misuse, and complying with legal obligations. Generated assets and temporary GPU files may be deleted according to the retention periods communicated in the service; download anything you want to keep. Dutch tax and accounting records are generally retained for seven years where required by law. You may request deletion of your account and eligible personal data.
6. Newsletter and Product Updates
Marketing emails are optional and are sent only if you opt in. The registration checkbox is not preselected. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing performed before withdrawal.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or local storage necessary for login, security, preferences and the operation of the service. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies that require consent, we will request that consent before using them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including access controls and safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system is completely risk-free.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or receive your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can exercise your rights by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another competent supervisory authority.
